Meet Nicole
I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Naturopathy (BN) and aim to integrate core Naturopathic specialties (Homeopathy, Western Herbal Medicine, Nutrition, Lifestyle, and Health Science) with Anthroposophic Medicine practice and substances. I work with a biographical approach towards understanding a person's unique healing journey. I am guided by the threefold and fourfold pictures of the human being. I aim to develop a deeper understanding of how to support a healthy integration of earthly and cosmic forces. I have worked actively as a Naturopath for over thirty years and bring years of experience supporting children with anxiety and developmental delay and adults experiencing mental health challenges through my work as an occupational therapist.
My Naturopathic work is grounded in collaboration with my clients. I provide talks and workshops on request. I am part of the integrative medicine team at Melbourne Therapy Centre, where I work closely with Anthroposophic Doctors, Curative Eurythmists, and Anthroposophic Nurses to provide holistic care.
I also work in my own clinic and via telehealth as a Naturopath and provide dual consultations with a Curative Eurythmist.
Areas of Treament Support
My therapeutic understanding and treatment strongly centre around my naturopathic and anthroposophic practitioner training. This includes focused learning in anthropsophical medicine, classical homeopathic, nutritional and herbal medicine. I have also completed additional training and have extensive experience working in mental health and child development as an Occupational Therapist.
Naturopathic treatment aims to address both the symptoms and the cause including physical, life force soul and individual destiny levels. Examples of areas of support include: Nervous system support for stress and fatigue, support for the life journey path. Digestive health and gut repair. Immune health and allergies, hormonal health and children's health.
An Alphabetical list of common conditions frequently supported by naturopaths include.
Acne; Allergies; Anxiety; Asthma; Behavioural problems (gut or allergy related); Blood sugar levels; Cancer; Candida, Cardiovascular health; CFS, Chronic respiratory infections (ears, nose, throat, lungs); Colic; Crones disease; Constipation; Dermatitis; Detoxification; Diabetes; Digestive problems; Diarrhea (chronic); Eczema; Fructose malabsorption; General first aid (homoeopathic); Gluten intolerance; Grief; Gut problems; GORD; IBS; Indigestion; Kidney infections (chronic); Liver congestion; Menopausal symptoms; Metabolic disorders; Painful periods; PMS; Psoriasis; Reflux; Sleep problems; Thyroid; Travel first aid (homoeopathic); Weight management.

Anthroposophic Naturopathy
"Anthroposophic Naturopathy is mainly concerned with Constitutional Health which is based upon understanding the patient in terms of not only symptoms of illness but also a broader insight into salutogenesis and destiny. This gives the patient a special relationship to themselves and
a feeling of a deeper satisfaction and trust in working with their illness."
